The perfect condo with an amazing view from our 15th floor balcony . Where you can watch the sunset in the evening and view the beautiful blue waters of Banderas Bay during the day. Our condo in the Sea River Tower at the Holiday Inn, Puerto Vallarta is located beachfront on the Bay of Banderas in the heart of the hotel zone. It is approximately a ten minute drive from downtown and five minutes from the airport. You will find all the amenities to make your stay an enjoyable experience. Our Puerto Vallarta beach front condo was recently completely remodeled. It also has a new air conditioner (8/05). It has 1 bedroom with a kingsize bed, 1 bath with new (10/08) marble shower, living room, dining room, with cable TV and a balcony with ocean, mountain, and city views, and a kitchen. The bathroom has a separate vanity. The partial kitchen includes a 2 burner stove, sink, full size fridge and microwave, everything you need to prepare for breakfast on the balcony or a romantic sunset dinner. All dishes and pots and pans including a coffee pot, toaster, juicer, blender. coffee grinder, a George Foreman grill, and toaster oven are provided as well as bed linens and towels. One of the couches in the living room is custom designed to make into a comtortable queen sleeper. Our condo is decorated with a Mexican flare. From our large 15th floor balcony the view is fantastic! You can see downtown PV, the south shore mountains and the wide expanse of the bay. We often see dolphins playing off shore. Our balcony is a great place to watch the fireworks from the pirate ship as well as the glorious nightly sunsets. It is usually quiet and peaceful. In the winter when you can leave the balcony doors open you can hear the waves crashing at night and watch whales in the daytime. It is paradise!! The maid cleans 2 times per week. The bus to town stops right in front of the Holiday Inn and is a short ride to downtown or you can catch a taxi. We now have free high speed internet. Just bring your lap top.
