This original village house has been lovingly converted into a spacious self catering holiday home. Situated in the centre of the village of Maro near to the shops and restaurants it has an unusually large terrace with views across the roof tops and down toward the sea, on a clear day the Balcon de Europa in Nerja is visible in the distance.

The property has a private pool which measures 7 x 4 with shallow end of 1.20 and deep of 1.90.

Inside the cool interior of the house there are four bedrooms sleeping up to 7 people, on the ground floor a double, a twin and single sharing a full bathroom, up a narrow staircase is the master double with its own shower room.

Also on ground level is a large lounge with satellite TV and dvd player. There is a further dining room, a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and beautifully finished in rustic furniture.

Maro is a picturesque, traditional Andalusian village largely unspoilt by tourism, with a winding lane through the local farmland to reach the beach. Maro has sufficient shops and restaurants for those not wishing to drive.

The town of Nerja is around 2km away.
