The three storey terraced home is on a select complex of just eleven villas, and is situated 200 metres from the famous Burriana Beach. This beach is the Editor’s choice when producing holiday programmes on the Costa Del Sol and is world famous for being the best beach on the entire Costa Del Sol.

The accommodation comprises ground floor salon/dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a WC. The first floor has 1 double bedded bedroom, one twin bedded and a full bathroom. On the lower ground floor there is a very large room with twin beds with a full bathroom (shower) and a second room leading off this with a further two beds. This 4th bedroom is approached through an opening and does NOT have a door affording complete privacy from the big room.

There is a satelite TV, CD player and radio, washing machine, microwave and 2.5 bathrooms and the community pool is just steps away from the front of the home. Sleeps 8-9.
