Nerja villas Dos Ardillas Situated in the Capistrano Playa area of Nerja, above the famous Burriana Beach, this delightful property is ideal for couples and families alike with its 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The Burriana Beach with it's many bars and restaurants is only a 5 minute walk from the villa with the centre of Nerja about 30 minutes away on foot (5 mins. drive), however, there is a regular bus service in to the centre of Nerja that leaves from near the villa.

The property is entered via a few steps to an entrance hall. From here a short flight of stairs leads up to the top floor where there is a cloakroom/toilet, salon/dining area and fully fitted kitchen. The salon is equipped with Sat TV, DVD Player and CD player and there are patio doors leading on to a large terrace with wonderful sea and coastline views. The kitchens is fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine and the usual eletrical appliances such as toaster, coffee maker and kettle, etc. Furnishings throughout are of a very good standard in a contemporary style. From the salon/dining area a staircase leads up to a roof terace from which there are stunning panoramic views. Downstairs from the entrance hall there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twins which share a full bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite facilities.
