Recently updated ground floor efficiency - easy walking distance to beach, no streets to cross. Residents' Beach is just 400 yards away (for monthly rentals you can purchase a walk on pass from MICA). There is also a new public beach acces due to open a little further alongby the Marriott.

We provide lots of beach equipment in the condo: sunloungers, beach chairs, beach umbrella and cool box together with beach cart for transporting.

Marco Island is located on the tip of Southwest Florida, just 15 miles south of Naples, connected to the mainland by two bridges (no tolls!). You'll find over four miles of pristine white sand beaches, a paradise for boaters, fishermen and beachlovers and home to an abundace of wildlife: dolphins, manatees, bald eagles, ospreys and pelicans and a wide range of shore birds.

There are lost of restaurants on the island, ranging from fine Italian cuisine to fast food outlets. No shortage of shops either - three supermarkets, four shopping plazas, factory outlet stores just off the island and a shopping mall in Naples.
