Full size washer & dryer, and extra refrigerator are in the attached shed off the kitchen, where stairs lead to an attic loft and more beds. Downstairs bedrooms: 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 2 Bunkbeds; Upstairs: 1 Double, 2 Twins. All beds have mattress pads, pillows, blankets and comforters. Guests bring their own linens. Kitchen is fully equipped, most furniture is new. For your outside enjoyment find ample seating, a large dock, picnic table, beach bonfire pit, and plenty of lawn space for games. Lazy, sunny summer days abound, but rainy days can be welcome too! The cottage lends itself to old-fashioned fun: board games, cards, books.. it's been the site of more than one kids' fort built from towels, and has hosted many a kids' play!
