Our 4 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath beach house is located on a quiet street in the Eastward Look neighborhood. Short 1/2 mile walk brings to you Scarborough Beach. Load up our beach cart with your beach gear and make the walk even easier. Owner occupied for several early season weeks, we seek families that will take special care of our home during their stay. The first floor consists of a large Living area with plush denim sofa and love eat, chair and ottoman and rocker. The TV has expanded cable service and we have a DVD and stereo. The dining room seats 8 comfortably. The remodeled kitchen features soft denim blue cabinets with upgraded recessed and under cabinet lighting, tile floor and small breakfast table. A small bedroom with double bed, a laundry area and 1/2 bath complete the first floor. The second story has three large bedrooms and generous closet space. The master BR has a king bed, dresser, night stand and second small TV. The remaining 2 BR's have Queen beds. One full bath with tub shower combo. Outside is a patio set, picnic table in the large flat yard. A gas grill, patio umbrella and lobster cooker are provided. OUR HOME IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR LARGER GATHERINGS, HOSTING CELEBRATIONS OR GROUPS OF SINGLES AND OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT PROHIBITS SUCH USE.
