The Intercoastal Waterway (ICW), Estes Flats are on the backside. There is a canal on the front side. The house has a bulkhead overlooking Estes Flats with no other homes blocking the view, just incredible bay views as far as you can see! Ocean Drive has all the fishing amenities: Boat Lift, Dock and Huge Fish cleaning station. On the ICW side there are bright quartz lights shining on the water at night to attract the bay shrimp and subsequent trouts and reds. This is a larger, upper scale vacation home with 2800 plus square feet, 6 bedrooms, 9 beds & 31/2 baths. Ocean Drive sleeps 18 people comfortably with 1 King, 4 Queens, 2 Fulls and 2 Twins. The upstairs master bedroom has one king size bed and shares a shower bath with a bedroom that has 1 queen size bed. The third bedroom upstairs has 2 Full Beds and 2 Twin Beds. There is an additional full bath easily accessible to all of the upstairs. The downstairs has 3 bedrooms. One with 1 Queen Bed and its own half bath. The other 2 bedrooms have a Queen Size Bed each and are joined by a bathroom with a shower/bathtub. With Full Water Views that go on forever and direct water access to Estes Flats, Aransas Bay and the Gulf of Mexico at Port Aransas, you can't beat this property! We have very recently upgrade all the appliances (quiet dishwasher, electric stovetop/oven range, large fridge).
