Your family will love this adorable beach cottage 7/10 of a mile to the entrance to Scarborough Beach. Cute is the word everyone uses to describe this house. The yard is filled with coastal cottage type landscaping of roses, lavender, hydrangea and clematis. Remodeled Kitchen with tile floor and dishwasher. Three Bedrooms and one full bath and apt size washer/dryer. Owner occupied for several weeks, our home is perfect for a small family of three to 5, that will care for our home during their stay. Come visit us! OUR HOME IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR LARGE GATHERINGS SUCH AS FAMILY REUNIONS, HOSTING CELEBRATIONS OR GROUPS OF SINGLES AND OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT PROHIBTS SUCH USE.
