We Felt Like We Had Our Own Private Beach

Step off the terrace and you are on the beach. A few more steps and you are at the pool, sundeck and private dock.
Every fully-furnished bedroom suite has its own attached private bath with shower . Every suite has a ceiling fan (and the condo has 2-zone air conditioning). Of course, linens, towels, soaps, hair dryers, safe, etc. are provided. 
Widescreen stereo LCD TV with Dish Network, DVDs, wireless Broadband, even free phone calls to the U.S. & Canada! Your friends & family can have a U.S. number that rings in the condo. (This photo is horizontally distorted due to the upload.)

Enjoy the huge 3-level heated freshwater pool. It has a spa and a kiddie wading pool, too, along with an ample sundeck and plenty of chaises and umbrella tables. 
The GE kitchen has everything we could think of -- of course, stove, oven, refrigerator, icemaker, pure reverse osmosis (r.o.) water, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, lots of high quality flatware, dishes, knives, etc., etc.
There are tons of restaurants steps away, including a fine dining one in our building which also offers room service. 
The condo has 4 master suites (3 kings, 1 queen + 1 twin daybed). Each suite has its own private attached bath with large shower. We provide linens, towels, soap, hair dryer, makeup mirror, bedside tables, reading lamps, closet, chest of drawers, ceiling fans (also 2-zone air conditioning in the condo) and safes (three). 
The 45-foot beach-level covered terrace has a dining table, hot tub and steps off to the beach, pool, sundeck, ocean and dock where you can pick up your dive or fishing boat charter, go parasailing, glass bottom boat, etc.

5-star luxury. Step off your covered terrace onto the beach & pool. No rental car needed (save $$$!). This one truly has it all: Right on the ocean, yet in town. You get the fun and peace of the ocean and the convenience and amenities of town in one package. This is the only place on Cozumel that you will find that combination.
There are a few luxury condo and hotel properties in Cozumel. Problem is, they're all miles from town. Unless you want to eat in the same tourist trap restaurant every day you have to rent a car or pay $10.00 - $20.00 or more plus tip for a taxi EACH WAY to take you to a decent place for dining, shopping or nightlife. Until now. Welcome to Casa Del Mar (no relation to the hotel by that name). If you want 5-star oceanfront luxury with a short walk to virtually every restaurant, shop and nightspot, you have found it: Upscale restaurant on-site w/ room service (Prima -- N. Italian, USDA steaks, just-caught seafood, etc.) more restaurants, shopping, grocery superstore, nightlife steps away (Carlos 'n Charlie's, Senior Frogs & Jimmy Buffett Margaritaville just 2 blocks away).

The first thing you see walking into Casa Del Mar is the jaw-dropping ocean vista. The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass wall opens to the beach-level 50-foot covered private terrace, complete with your own hot tub -- yes, you step right out to the beach, pool, ocean and private dock!
Each of the four master suites has its own private attached bath. The living room and two master suites open onto the oceanfront terrace. Three suites have king beds, one has a queen bed and twin daybed.
Fully-equipped kitchen, GE appliances, purified water, Wi-Fi, DVDs, Dish Network, every amenity!
