The Sea View Grotto is a lovely stand-alone home tucked back into the corner of the Sebastian Shores Complex. Just outside your front door, you will find a lovely stream trickling into the wetlands just across the way. What nature doesn't bring you is provided by the homeowner - a new deck and hot tub for your personal use. This lovely three bedroom home is pleasantly furnished and one of our most comfortable and nicely situated homes. The upstairs living space is accentuated with ocean views from the front windows. The lower floor of Sea View Grotto features two downstairs bedrooms with a Queen & 2 Twin beds, a full bath, laundry equipment, two car garage and immediate access to the hot tub on the front deck. The upper floor features a bedroom with a Queen bed, a Jack-and-Jill bath, kitchen, living room, and front room with ocean views. Recognizing the prevalence of cell phones in the world, especially as we travel, this home does not offer telephone service - so be sure to bring your cell phone charger!
