Property Description

More than a condominium. This is a tropical resort. 3 bedroom and 2 bath remodeled in 2007. 3 Pools, 5 hot tubs, full service pool bar and snack shack. The master bedroom has a king bed with panaromic view of the gulf. The second bedroom has a king bed and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed. We have free wireless high speed internet and free local phone calls. This is not your typical island condo. The condo is decorated and furnished the way we live in our home. Granite counter tops in kitchen, leather couch and love seat. Upgraded towels, linens, etc. We have a gas grill on the balcony along with a teak dinning set. The balcony is larger than most and features a panaramic view of the ocean and the three pools, 5 hot tubs and 4 tennis courts. This is the best location on the island. Next door is nightly live entertainment. Restaurants are within walking distance as well as Schlitterbaun Water Park.

We have 4 tvs in the unit. One in each bedroom and a large 32 inch tv in the livingroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. The unit has its own washer and dryer.
