A truly magnificent home away from home.(and only 8 mins to Disney) This Beautiful villa comprises of 3 Bedrooms,each having cable tv, air conditioning and ceiling fans (one master-suite, one double bedroom, and another twin bedroom). It is situated on a quiet corner-lot, overlooking a conservation area, on a brand new development called Lake Wilson Preserve. (completed in 2006) A fully appointed kitchen, complete with microwave oven, stove, fridge/freezer with automatic ice maker, coffee maker, waste disposal, dishwasher, toaster,slow cooker ,juice maker and everything you could need to make you feel like this is a home from home. (jamie Oliver would enjoy this kitchen) The spacious living area has air conditioning, ceiling fan a 3 seater sleeper sofa which converts to a queen sized bed, 2 seater sofa. You can chill out here and watch movies or listen to your favourite music. The entertainment system is cable tv, dvd player and cd system. And for the kids (young and old) there's also an Air Conditioned Games-Room, complete with Pro Air-Hockey table, Table-Football, and furniture suitable for playing board games/cards/poker ect We have installed a Kids bar with fun lighting.. There is also a large wooden train set, board games, a PS2 games console and a selection of puzzles, playstation games, and movies. The fantastic pool area hosts a covered patio, with outdoor lighting, and full seating for six (for those evening meals under the stars) plus 4 sunbeds (for those sunworshippers in your family). The pool itself runs almost the full bredth of the property, and is 3ft deep in the shallow end, and 6ft at the deep end.
