This deluxe nearly new townhome is 1.5 miles from beautiful beaches of South Bethany and the charming town of Bethany. The community pool is steps from our door and is never crowded. This two level townhome includes a fully equiped kitchen, with flat top stove and huge side-by-side refrigerator, living room with gas fireplace, dining area that seats 8, second living area in a loft which has a queen sleep sofa. There are three bedrooms including a first floor with private bath and queen bed, two up with queen bed, double and set of bunk beds. There is a full bath up and a half bath on the main level making 2 1/2 baths total. We have added high speed internet. The townhouse on a cul-de-sac, faces a pond and backs to a wooded area with utmost privacy with a huge deck over-looking the woods. Our townhouse is beautifully decorated and the loft houses many books, games and movies for your entertainment. In the garage you will find umbrellas and beach chairs for your use. This is a very safe and child-friendly community with dead end streets for biking and walking to the pool and a speed limit of 10 mph. The beaches of South Bethany are only a 1.5 mile bike ride from the house or you may want to choose the gorgeous wide beach at Fenwick State Park which is 3 miles south on Rte. 1.
