YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME Our SEASHORE condominium is the top floor of a three story unit with a large balcony facing the sea. It is fully equipped with all the amenities you need for your perfect holiday, romantic, family or otherwise. The 80 square meter (880 square feet) condominium has one bedroom, one bedroom/den, one bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room with fireplace, and a loft. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, ceramic stove, convection oven, double sink, and dish washer. Enjoy a glass of ouzo on the living room balcony while gazing at the islands in the sea and the port of Rafina across the bay. Wake up refreshed and enjoy your morning tea in our sunny sea-view kitchen. Our condo sleeps four to five with a fold away bed-and is perfect for a luxurious FAMILY vacation on the sea, two couples who want to share expenses, newly-weds, second honeymooners, good friends, and for mommies and daddies and their children who want to relax, have fun, and share a vacation they’ll never forget. A LITTLE ABOUT US… My future husband and I are “soon to be” newly weds, in our mid 30’s and invested in our dream by purchasing our brand new condo in this beach resort, gated community of Schinias last year. I own an English Language School and my husband is a Computer Engineer.
