Aguadilla is beautiful, but please beware of these renters. When I came home from my trip i realized that these renters had withdrawn extra money from my account. I authorized the withdrawal of the quoted amount for my stay, but when I received my bank statement I realized extra money was withdrawn without my authorization. When I emailed the renter to inquire about this extra charge I was told that no refund was going to be issued & never heard from renter again. When I arrived I had to clean the apartment & had to buy a pillow & a shower curtain because everything was stained and mildew. it was also very hard to sleep because airplanes fly closely every night & the power outages in this area were constant. Had a great time on my vacation I just wish I would have rented somewhere else.
I am sad to say that this rental was close to a disaster!!! When we arrived this apartment was not clean (i had to clean myself before unpacking). There was mold in the fridge, the bathroom shower curtain was disgusting, & the pillows were all stained!!! Power outages around that area occur constantly & it is very hard to sleep because airplanes fly directly over the apartment at all hours of the night from aguadilla's airport. i also discovered that extra money was withdrawn from my bank account without my authorization. We were quoted one amount, but discovered that a higher amount was withdrawn. When I emailed the manager (Sandra crespo) about the extra money taken the response was that no refund was going to be issued even though we had not authorized a transaction for that amount!!!! Please beware of these renters!!! some false advertising is also an issue. There is no queen size bed & those pictures must have been taken when those apartments were fairly new, lol!!!!
Sandra, Thank u !!! One of the best weekend getaways ever!!! Had the best time at the Indie rock Festival and an even better time at Jd's on sunday, that just happens to be right in front of the apt. So close to everything. I will definitely be back, loved the place... so comfy !!
