A beautiful and private 2 bedroom self catering house on this popular urbanisation (2kms Nerja centre) with communal pool and gardens and only a short stroll to the beach.

This modern, bright, well equipped 2 bed/1 bath apartment is located in the quiet, leafy private development of Tropicana. The south facing property benefits from all day sun is ideal for families and couples alike. This delightful apartment is only a one minute stroll from the large communal pool/children's pool with bar/restaurant, approx 5 mins stroll from the mile long beach.
Nerja town centre is approx 20 mins on foot and is reached by a pleasant beach walkway (illuminated at night), a regular bus service from the bus stop 5 mins away or short taxi ride. Car hire is not essential.

The apartment is on the beautifully maintained private development of Tropicana. The area has a quiet, relaxed feel and yet offers an attractive communal pool/children's pool with bar/restaurant (1 min stroll) which is for the private use of Tropicana residents and their guests. A quiet adjacent road provides parking within 5 metres of the apartment which is reached by 8 external steps.
