Linens provided, beds made. The Beach (Comments from a renter): "Nothing can compare to the beach! You are one house off the beach. From the top deck, I could throw a baseball to the stairs that go over the dune to the umbrella. For those that can't throw, it was an easy 9 iron to get in the ocean.The sand is so white. The waves are awesome! And, the best part is that is NO ONE AROUND YOU! We may have had 20 people that we could see." Sanderling Neighborhood: This lovely and scenic area is a dedicated bird sanctuary, affording the wildlife enthusiast the ideal location for bird watching via the many nature trails and lagoon situated throughout the neighborhood. This neighborhood is situated on one of the narrowest parts of the island allowing for the easy access to the sparsely populated beaches.
