Tuscan cottage on the South River as it flows into the Chesapeake Bay, with wide expansive views, large windows to take full advantage of all the water action-sailboats, powerboats, jet skis, kayaks etc. from the living rm, dining rm, and kitchen. This is a party house with open floor plan and sundrenched rooms. modern kitchen. Fully stocked kitchen, utensils, linens, and towels provided.
