Property Description

Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium on beach. You can hear the surf from your bedroom. Second floor unit with partial ocean view through palm trees and dunes. Kitchen and bathrooms renovated March 2007. Each bedroom has 2 double beds and a private balcony. We provide linens and towels and cleanup after your checkout. Free washers and driers same floor in condominium. Professional on-site check in and management through nation-wide rental company. Add 11.5 % accommodations tax. To guarantee a reservation, we require a $400 deposit within 7 days. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and is payable by personal check, travelers check or cash or by Master Card, Visa, American Express (payable via Pay Pal). Cancellations All cancellation requests should be made at least 30 days prior to arrival. If another reservation can be secured at the same rate, your deposit will be refunded. If another reservation is made at a lower rate, your refund will be pro-rated. If another reservation cannot be made, your deposit will be forfeited. A $50 processing fee will be charged on all cancellations.
