The spacious (97 M2) ground-floor apartment has a large living-dining room opening onto a terrace with direct access to a small private garden facing Aloha golf course with Sierra Blanca mountains as background.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed, a 21’’ satellite TV and en-suite bathroom whereas the twin bedroom has a separate bathroom with tub and shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing-drying machine, dishwasher, electrical plates and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker….28’’ satellite TV in the living room, video, CD/tape player, board games, books...
