Property Description

Vacation Rental located in the center of downtown Homer in a quiet neighborhood. 5 minute walk to local library, galleries, beach, visitor center, grocery store, and nature trail. This new rental home is one year old. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and has a fully furnished kitchen with a stocked fridge for breakfast. The bedrooms have queen beds and there is a twin size roll away bed. Around town rental has a view tht inclueds partial views of the mountains and bay it also has a big deck and a grill. The price is $150 for the night plus an extra $40.00 for an additional couple. There is a local tax of 6.5% which is not included in this price. This is a second level entry rental; access is one flight of stairs. The location is very quaint and quiet.
