Historic Big Moose Lake is an Adirondack Paradise!!! Lake access and a shared beach are just 300 yards from S’more Fun Camp. Newly renovated bedrooms, large open living and dining area, and breakfast bar complete with fully equipped kitchen have an Adirondack flare. The large screened sunroom will be perfect for relaxing with family and friends. The cabin also includes a grill, hammock, and fire pit making this a true mountain vacation. Big Moose Lake features two famous restaurants accessible by water; The Big Moose Inn and the Glenmore Hotel. The lake has a full service marina offering power, sail, and Jet Ski rentals. Recreational activities include water skiing, tubing, fishing, and hiking. On the opposite side of the lake is a state owned 3 mile inlet which is perfect for viewing beavers, osprey, and other animals and water fowl in their natural setting. Within twenty minutes, Old Forge and Eagle Bay/Inlet offer a variety of activities including miniature golf, Water Park, scenic railroad, hiking, rafting, horseback riding, lake cruises, a wide variety of restaurants, and dozens of quaint Adirondack shops. Full season winter rental is also available with a two car garage and direct access to trail 10 and Big Moose Lake. Fall weekends also available.
