Wow! Staying in Rhett’s Neptune Ave. vacation home was truly an “ultimate” southern California  beach town experience! The location is awesome, steps from the beach stairs. All the homes on Neptune are ‘grand’, and Rhett’s is no exception. It has a mysterious, tropical paradise-like feel. I was totally relaxed and felt at home. The curvaceous swimming pool (Rhett told me it won an award) with its crystal rock waterfall glowing at night was a mind blower. Floating, looking up at the towering palms – I was in a fantasy realm. The furnished, bamboo enclosed porch was another great place to hang – and the kitchen was amazing. I love to cook, and I did! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. To have a vacation rental exceed my expectations was a real treat. Rhett was a gracious and accommodating host. Go for it!!

 Beautiful 2 bedroom duplex across the street from the beach on Neptune Avenue. There is 1 bathroom, with a double shower, towels are provided. The duplex is 1,500 square feet, on about a 10,000 square foot lot. There is a 48 foot long solar heated first place lap pool from The National Pool and Spa Association for "The Most Natural Pool in Southern California". In the back yard on the very large redwood deck is a private Jacuzzi brand Jacuzzi that is 7 ft. by 7ft.. For stays of 30 days or less there is a City Hotel Tax of 10% due 30 days prior to check in. The great tropical yard, has a Bar-B-Q with a burner, Pool Table, Ping - Pong table, out door hot Shower, Washer and Dryer, Boogie boards. The kitchen has a garbage disposal, a double oven, blender, a micro wave convection oven, and a bar area. It has 3 extra sofa daybeds in the living room. There is filtered water, and ice. There is 3 TVs, AC, DVDs players, VCR, dishwasher, a microwave, garbage disposal. In the back yard is 2 ponds and 3 waterfalls. There is 2 walk in closets in master bedroom, and a connecting door between the bedrooms. There is wireless high speed inter net . Very close to downtown Encinitas, it is close to Moonlight Beach, Stone Steps beach, and Beacons beach.

property. And Brownie and Gita are the nicest Jack Russells I've ever 
met! My slightly dog-shy girls were completely devoted to them by like 
day two.
