The house is situated in a cul-de-sac, in front of an 1100 sq. ft. guest home, (which is also available for vacation rental) in a family friendly neighborhood. Fountains,wrought iron, and classical entry doors complement the stucco facade. Scenic bike path borders the house. Just a short 350 yard walk will bring you to La jolla's famous "WindanSea" beach. World class surfing, sunsets, tide pools and rock and sand beach picnic areas are short blocks away. This is an ideal getaway for three couples or a family. The house has three bedrooms, a jetted tub and stall shower in the master bedroom and full tub and shower in the second bathroom. A powder room is off the entry hall. French doors in the master bedroom offer ocean peaks and sunset splendors. The spacious living and dining area open through french doors to private interior patios. The kitchen is fully equiped with all appliances and the washer/dryer is steps away in separate laundry room. The house features hardwood and carpeted floors, forced air heat, air conditioning, and three TVs and a CD/DVD player. A gas barbecue, outside dining table and beach chairs are provided.
