My special today is the rental rate per night only of $135 for a minimum stay of 2-nights at the Morning Mist chalet located in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Renter must be at least 21 years of age! Renter agrees to pay a refundable security deposit. The deposit will not exceed $115 and will be based on reservation date and will be due within 48 hours of the auction closing. Winning bidder agrees to pay a $50 cleaning fee. Check-in Time: 3:00pm, Check-out Time: 11:00am. Payment Terms: We accept Visa or MasterCard.
