This flat is located within the heart of the Lakes Region at Lake
Winnisquam in Belmont, NH. Situated on a quiet side street five miles
from Route 93, it is very easy to get to from Boston, Providence or
even New York City. It is perfect for a get away vacation as it comes

your car.
Upstairs the flat consists of two bedrooms, a full size bathroom, kitchen, living room and an outdoor deck. It is perfect for a family of four but will sleep a maximum of six comfortably.
Downstairs there is an enclosed garage with parking for at least four motorcycles or even a midsize car. It is perfect for keeping your vehicle(s) out of the elements.
One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has a full size bed. A sofa located within the living room converts easily to a twin bed. Each bedroom comes complete with dresser, nightstand, full size closet as well as all sheets, blankets, pillows and pillow cases.
