Perfect for 1-2 couples, maximum 6 persons. **Peak Season - May 15 – Sept. 30, $225.00 per night/$1300 per week **Off Season - Oct. 1 - May 14, $160.00/night, $875/week $85 cleaning fee, 10% occupancy tax. Your $500 deposit(becomes a refundable damage/excess cleaning deposit) & signed contract confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your planned arrival date.
