Our condo, located in Hacienda de Mita, is the only beachfront condominium development located WITHIN the gates of Punta Mita. We have 3 large bedrooms (plus a children’s bunk room), and 4 ½ baths. The kitchen opens to the dining and living area and the huge 30 x 15 patio. The patio doors slide completely back leaving a 20 foot open doorway onto the patio. Hacienda de Mita also has its own private beach club for the use of our residents only. It has an infinity edge pool, massage area, relaxing sofas and chairs and a kitchen area for you to store anything for the day. Of course, the entire development is guard gated 24 hours/day. The location of Hacienda de Mita is perfect. We are a quick walk to the town of Punta de Mita where "restaurant row", an assortment of beachfront restaurants in a laid-back, "tables in the sand" atmosphere awaits.
