OUTSIDE Ammenities: Waterfront is lightly treed to give you unparalleled views of lake and hills beyond; Sunny beach has clean, soft sand and gentle slope into water; Picnic tables await your grill. Watch the Sunsets every evening. LOCATION: Within 1-2 miles to large shopping and entertainments, (Gunstock, The Weirs, Mount Major, Meadowbrook ect.) yet here it is a very quiet and tranquill location. INSIDE Ammenties: 1 Bedroom with queen bed, closet, T.V. w/VCR and cable. Living area with double sized futon, perfect for a youngster, dining area for 4, TV w/ VCR: Kitchenette with microwave, full sized fridge, toaster, broiler in oven; 24 foot screened porch with chairs and small table for dining during sunsets! Decor will remind you of a stand alone cottage, yet we are a small, family friendly, and quiet condo association. During August our weekly rental rate is only $750 plus the 8% NH rooms tax. During September and October our weekly rental is only $525 plus the 8% NH rooms tax.Monthly rentals are $725.00 and include heat and hot water! Security Deposit Required.
