If this one is booked, we have second 12 bedroom duplex called Lemonade Stand nearby. Space for everyone. Three stories, 3,500 sq ft each side. Each side has a big living room, dining area and kitchen plus a separate family room for the kids to have their own place to watch movies/play games. Each side has TWO dishwashers, TWO laundry rooms, a built-in icemaker, double oven, refrigerator plus separate beverage refrigerator, THREE king bedrooms, TWO queen plus daybed w/trundle bedrooms, ONE queen only bedroom and TWO sleeper sofas.
