Onsite enclosed pool w/hot tub, tennis courts, cook grills with picnic tables for guest usage and nice board walk way to beach.

You can bring your boat and park in marina. Unit is just a few steps away http://joynermarina.com. Close to Carolina Beach inlet, and on intracoastal waterway(ICW). You can cruise down to Southport, Bald Head Island, Myrtle Beach or up CapeFear river to Wilmington. Unit if fully furnished 2 bedroom-2 bath, sleep 7, has washer/dryer, microwave, elec stove, refg w/icemaker, wet bar, 2 full baths, sleeper sofa, cable tv, VCR, DVD, A/C. Tv in main and masterbedroom. Unit is fully furnished and ready to be your fun place... Sit on back deck looking towards marina and high level bridge over ICW. Front area you can stand by the rail and see beach and marsh area. Foot path to beach with bridge that spans marsh area is nice to use for walks on the beach, or going to fishing pier on northend. Its a short walk from unit to beach and very scenic. Driving your 4x4 on northend and southend beach is by permit only. you pay $10.00 per day for the day or 40.00 for yearly. same on southend down by NC aquarium. More to do and less people on southend, Near Ft Fisher and Southport ferry. For weekly rentals usage or nightly w/2 night min. holiday's w/3 night min. See rates below for weekly, weekend. check in 3pm check out by 10am. Pots, pans, silverware, dishes and most kitchen stuff in the unit. and a full size refrigerator.
