Villa Rafina is a three-story modern Greek house. Each floor is about 120 sq. meters. The bottom floor that connects to the second with staircases and offers all the amenities of a full house is well furnished, both in furniture and in kitchen and dining implements. This level sleeps 5 people. Bedroom #1 has a Queen-size bed.A laptop for internet access and a fax machine are available. Bedroom #2 has two bunk beds with a third trundle bed underneath.Mostly for kids.

There is a full kitchen that has everything that you may think of, and more that you will probably need. There is a normal size bathroom with luxury shower, and a small hall that leads to the garage. There is also a large dinnete and a living room equipped with TV, VCR, music system, and a games console.The living room also includes an American billiard, and a reading corner. A quite interesting library is available, all English books and magazines.Multiple exits to the grounds, BBQ, cafeteria, and pool.This is the NORMAL rental part that we offer to guests as it stands alone and provides everything for up to five persons.

FULL RENTAL:Ground floor plus:The middle floor, the main area of the house that includes a fully loaded modern kitchen, a home cinema area with VCR and satelite TV, an exlusive dinning room, the main living room with a state-of-the-art Denon music system, a guests bathroom, and an office with library and computer with internet connection.

The third floor consists of three bedrooms.The main with a Queen size bed and private bathroom, a children's bedroom with a single bed and a third with a double bed and office desk.A second bathroom and a sitting room complete the third floor that sleeps 5 people.

Located in a quiet area, near the wonderful port of Rafina, 30km east of Athens, it's a nice spot for visiting Athens but mostly the best area to explore east Attica with its marvelous beaches and towns or for island excursions and tours to other wellknown areas such as Delphi or Corinth. The towns of Marathon, Nea Makri and Artemis are within a few minutes distance.Connections to all Aegean islands with catamarans, ferries and flying dolphins. This beautiful villa offers the best activities, both to its active guests and those seeking rest and relaxation. A wonderfull place especially for families with children or for up to ten persons.
