This Lovely Cottage-Styled Home has Two Private bedrooms, with matching Victorian-styled rugs. A Dining room, Kitchen, Bathroom, Living room, Private backyard, And a Spacious family room with *Clear-glass French doors, *a Piano (for the music lovers indulgence), *Golden hued wood walls, *and is often used as a 3rd bedroom. We offer a complete kitchen with all the necessities to make home cooking affordable, fun and easy: *Fridge *Freezer *Stove/Oven *Microwave *Blender *Toaster & Coffee maker *Pots, Pans, Dishs, Utensils, etc... *Laundry facilities are located in the kitchen as well. If you email us your grocery list 2 weeks ahead of time, at no extra charge except that of the products bought for you, we will stock the kitchen for when you arrive. If you'd preffer to eat-out(:>); Restaurants such as: Home town Buffete, Souplantation, Marie Calendars, Black Angus, Sizzlers, Olive Garden, etc... are just a few streets down and offer a wide variety for different styles of tastes. A family-friendly City owned park and playground is literally just around the corner from the house, (i.e. walking distance) and has a game room, baseball field etc... Another park just a few blocks farther (also walking distance) offers a wet, wild, and fun public swimming pool for a very nominal fee.
