Property Description

Just like a Currier and Ives post card....... We are renting our "West Rutland" vermont home year-round to vacationers looking for the "home away from home" feeling. It is tastefully decorated for the adult vacationer. It is a two story home with three bedrooms ,two which adjoin, and full bath upstairs. Down stairs we have a living room (decorated for the holidays) with satelite tv, large kitchen and dining room, a half bathroom ,vermont mud room to shake off the outside and a den with a woodburning stove for heat and second tv. Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms, sleeps maximum of 6 people.... Bedroom 1 has 1 Queen bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 Twin/ Single beds. Adjoining Bedroom 3 has 2 Twin/ Single beds. All bedrooms are on second floor. The two smaller bedrooms adjoin. Bathrooms: 1.0 full bathroom , 1 Half Bathroom.... Bathroom 1 has Toilet, sink,Combination Tub/Shower.... Bathroom 2 has Toilet, sink.... Full Bathroom upstairs. 1/2 bathroom downstairs. General: Soaps. Basic paper products. Towels provided. linens provided. Firewood. Restaurant-Dining-Guide, Local activitiesGuide, LocalMaps; Alarm-Clock Kitchen: microwave, freezer, oven, cooking utensils, Blender, refrigerator, Stove-Top-Burners, Spices, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, iron & board, clothes dryer, Laundry soap, Living Room: comfy seating for 6 people Dining: dining room eating for 6 people
