This privately-owned Non-smoking condo has a Separate Master bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room/bedroom combo (queen sofabed), two TVs (27/19 inch) + Cable/VCR, kitchen/dining area, small private balcony & oceanfront swimming pools. No streets to cross to the beach! Located 1/2 mile to Mainstreet Pier/Speedway Blvd. You can relax on the beach while enjoying the ocean & sunrises, go fishing or swim in one of the oceanfront pools. Most of all enjoy & have fun, just getting away from it all!

We are in an oceanfront building, on the side of the building with a side-view of the Ocean from the balcony. The building itself is directly on the beach, so you are only steps to the beach & oceanfront pools without crossing any streets. We provide beach chairs, towels & bed linens up front for your stay. Pack your clothes & you are ready for the smell of salt air & ocean breezes! It's comfortable, tidy and clean - and ready for your stay.

We personally clean the condo after every departure. The Separate Master Bedroom has a king bed, Cable TV & ceiling fan. The Living room features a Queen-Size pull-out Sofabed, Cable TV, VCR and local phone service, (sorry, must use a calling card for long distance). The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, stove top burners (no oven, except microwave & toaster), blender, crock pot, and a toaster-oven. BBQ grills are located oceanfront.

Please enjoy all the amenities included in the fenced off area of the complex. We have a heated oceanfront swimming pool & a kiddy pool, pool bar (in season only), BBQ grills in the pool area, a shared laundry room, etc. There is an additional 2nd pool that is set back further from the ocean for additional privacy. We love our condo & we think you will also. The condo has beautiful wood floors in the living room/kitchen/dining area & carpet in the bedroom, a new king size bed, & a new queen sleeper sofa. We take care of our property and it is updated for your comfort and ours. We give you a great value for your vacation $. We work hard & would not expect you to put up with anything we consider less than desirable. Furniture is replaced when needed.
