This Executive Villa, built in 2007, is decorated and furnished to a high standard. It is located at Sandy Ridge, a quiet community in a conservation area, and is situated only 15 minutes from the Disney World Parks and five minutes from the Champions Gate Golf Courses, an ideal place to relax around the pool after your fun filled day. This two-storey villa is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate up to ten people comfortably. The large family room has high vaulted ceilings to keep the room cool and is equipped with 2 comfortable sofas, one a queen sized bed, and an armchair, 27” cable TV and DVD player. Patio doors lead directly out onto the patio and pool area. This room has a formal dining area. The large kitchen with dinette area is fully equipped with a separate laundry room. The first master bedroom, overlooking the pool, features a king sized bed and matching furniture, walk-in wardrobe, cable TV/DVD and en-suite facilities. The upper storey has the second master bedroom with queen-sized bed, matching furniture and large wardrobe. Bedrooms three and four both have twin beds and large wardrobes. The large family bathroom is also located on the upper storey. The private swimming pool is south facing and measures 30’ by 15’. The patio area is equipped with table and chairs for alfresco dining and cushioned sun loungers for relaxing. For the safety of children a removable barrier is fitted between the pool and patio area. The area is enclosed by a lanai to prevent insects and debris from entering the pool. The pool and patio area can be illuminated for evening entertaining.
