The main level of this home features the living room ,dining area and kitchen. Off the living room is the day room, bright and cheery. Complete with a daybed, this nook is a great place to read a book. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with full attached bath and two bedrooms that share a bathroom in the hall. La Conchita is located in Olivia Beach, a new coastal neighborhood with a park, playground, volleyball court, and beach access within walking distance. Feeling hungry? Just a short walk away are restaurants, a coffee shop, a candy shop (complete with ice cream!), live theatre and a movie cinema. Just offshore is the Nelscott Reef, a prime place to catch 30ft waves! On shore we have tide pools, lots of sand and pristine sand. Currently being constructed is the community center for Olivia Beach, which will include a swimming pool, hot tub area, club activities and more!
