Villa Casa Hana is a large five bedroom villa with private heated pool standing in extensive grounds in the village of Carvoeiro, and just five minutes drive from the beach. Accommodation consists of two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. They all have en-suite bathrooms. The fifth bedroom has two small single beds. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and open out onto their own private terraces. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave amongst its appliances. There is a separate breakfast room and separate utility room. The living areas are centred round a glass atrium filled with tropical plants. The sitting room has satellite television, music machine and a selection of children’s games. There is a separate dining room. The sitting room overlooks the vast lawns that lead down to the pool area. The pool is set in beautiful gardens and is 12m x 6m and can be heated at an additional cost. There is an adjoining shallow pool for children. The gardens have been beautifully landscaped and feature lawns, a Japanese garden and several quiet, shaded sitting areas. The nearest shop is a five minute walk. A wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars and a covered market can be found in Carvoeiro. The nearest beach is a five minute drive and is sandy and clean. Within a ten minute drive there is a wide choice of sandy coves along this beautiful stretch of coastline and the interesting rock formations at Algar Seco should not be missed.
