Seashore Dreams is a newly completed custom duplex home situated on the bluff overlooking Sunset Beach in the historic town of Moclips. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach. These are two separate homes connected by a triple insulated common wall. Each home is 3 bedroom, 2 bath and sleeps 7-8 guests each, but is most comfortable with 2-3 couples. Fully furnished kitchen, quality linens, cozy in floor heating and one level living with 180 degree views from every room. We have put much thought into our design not only building "green" (renewable bamboo floors, natural cross breeze air conditioning, and low VOC paints), but have constructed our home to be universally accessible. (ramp entry, lower light switches, rollin shower, wider doors) making us one of the few on the Washington Coast with one level living combined with breathtaking views from every room, This very wonderful place has been a favorite for the "special" occaisions like moms 86th Birthday with daughters or a couple celebrating their wedding anniversary or the ladies weekend getaway or the family holiday. Thus new traditions were born. Our Seashore Dreams I is done in transition cottage with white trim, bronze fixtures, iron bed and is sunny and bright on the cloudiest of days. Lighthouses and the beach are the theme of this home. This home is non smoking and will allow dogs under 15 pounds. Seashore Dreams II is pet friendly and non smoking - maximum 1 large calm well behaved dog with trimmed nails or 2 small dogs under 15 pounds. This home is done in more rustic colors with wood trim and doors. Ships and Pacific Northwest antiques are the flavor of this relaxing home. We have a dog washing station, dog towells and extra bowls for our 4 footed guests.
