Property Description

Relax in the largest heated outdoor pool on Siesta Key or spend some game time in the recreation room. Aloha Kai is an oceanside (Gulfside) 5 acre retreat featuring 68 private villas on a spectacular beach with lush flora and impossibly beautiful sunsets. Aloha Kai is one of the most relaxing condo complexes in Siesta Key. Our villa is the closest unit to the heated pool and has a ground level entrance, private parking space, fully equipped kitchen and high-speed wireless internet. This unit is located in the very front on the complex. It is right next to the pool and the public washers and dryers. Parking is directly in front of the unit. Basically it is like your own driveway in front. Relax in our 2 bedroom villa that sleeps 6 guests and includes tile floors in the living room. The master bedroom includes new carpeting, a king size bed, bedside tables, dresser, and cable television. The second bedroom has new carpeting and is equipped with 2 twin beds, clothes dresser, and wall closet. The living room has tile, a large TV, VCR, DVD player and large couch (which can convert into a queen bed and sleep 2). The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee maker, dishes, glassware and cooking utensils. Heated pool, shuffle board, and wireless high speed internet access. Quiet beach. Numerous nearby shopping, fishing and golf courses. Besides relaxing next to the heated pool or on the powdered white beach, there are plenty of activities to participate near the condo including jet skiing, cycling, and snorkeling at Point of Rock. Note: Condo is located at 6020 Midnight Pass Road - Aloha Kai Unit 50, Siesta Key, FL, 34242. This condo is managed by Vacation Rental Pros Property Management LLC which is owned by Steve Milo.
