Sand Key is a resort area with newer condos , restaurants , shopping etc . The Sheraton Hotel is 1/4 mile north and has jet ski and para sailing . Marriot hotel is across the street and faces the intercoastal . Sand Key is the nicest area of clearwater beach . The beach itself is wide and clean .
