welcoming to families. It has everything, including a den set up for
children: all kinds of toys, a play station, and even a

The location is excellent. La Familiale is on a very quiet residential street. Close by are a park, a skating rink (in winter), and an Olympic size swimming pool at the nearby Claude-Robillard Center.
La Familiale is also just minutes from the Cremazie metro, and from there you are:
* 5 minutes from Montreal's famous Jean Talon Market;
* 10 minutes from the Plateau, Montreal's trendy rerstaurant and boutique area;
* and 15 minutes from Old Montreal and also downtown.
Everything is close by. Grocery store, drugstore, liquor store, pastry store, hardware store, video rental, primary school - and easy access to public transportation, both metro and bus.
On the main floor of La Familiale, there are:
