Property Description

This wonderful home is only a 2 blocks walk to the charming town of Venice filled with coffee shops, wine bars, art stores, antique shops and fine restaurants. And, our house is also only a 6 block walk along the tree lined Venice Avenue to the beach. Plus, we've just added high speed Internet for guests who bring their laptop. Our Bayshore estate home is located on the island of Venice Beach Florida and surrounded by gardens and fruit trees. It is a beautiful Florida vacation rental house and has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 10) and a sleeper bed (sleeps 2). Plus, it has a living room with a ceramic tiled fireplace and beautiful terrazzo tile floors, a dining room, and a wonderful outdoor deck area to enjoy breakfast and drinks. Also, it features central air conditioning and has a washer dryer plus a gorgeous back yard filled with trees, flowers and a private pool and screened in lanai and patio area. The master bedroom has a king sized bed (sleeps 2) and nice new furniture including dressers. The second large bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2) and its own private outdoor patio area where you can relax and read. Our third bedroom has 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) that are also brand new. Our 4th bedroom is a "mother's in law" suite with a private entrance and two queen beds (sleeps 4). We also have a queen sofa bed that sleeps 2. Plus, our home is fully loaded with brand new living room furniture with a very nice couch, cable TV, kitchen appliances (including dishwasher and disposal) and an outdoor deck with comfy furniture including a couch and lounge chairs. We also have a washer and dryer and central air conditioning. Plus, we even have electric heat for the rare nights in winter when the temperature falls. Our Venice Florida rental beach house is also a short 2 block walk to downtown and a few minutes walk to the beaches. It is also only a 25 minute walk on the beach or quick drive to the Venice Pier and Sharkys where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset. And, it is a long walk or short drive to the famous Venice Dog Beach - Brohard Paw Park. Our Venice Florida beach vacation villa is located at 328 Bayshore Drive in Venice Florida.
