There is a dining area which seats 4 as well as 2 bar stools and a breakfast bar area for informal dining. The kitchen is equipped with wood cabinets and newer appliances including a full size refrigerator w/ ice maker, flat top stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glassware and cooking utensils. Also available is a full size washer and dryer. Please note there is no phone in the unit. Ample parking. 2 heated swimming pool. 4 Tennis courts. Basketball. Quiet beach.
