This, premier, gulf front home in located on the sugar white sands of St. Joe Beach along Florida's forgotten coast. Just minutes away from both Port St. Joe to the south and Mexico Beach to the north one enjoys the sugar white sands, the emerald green waters, and true west sunsets on the most beautiful beaches in the world. O n the ground level you will find the laundry room with plenty of extra storage for all your beach supplies, toys and fishing equipment. You have access to the ground level patio from this spacious room. The cement patio is a cool breezy spot for afternoon barbecues. Bring along you boat there is covered parking on both sides of the first level. The kitchen, dining, living and master bedroom are on the first level. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home. A bar offers additional seating.
The dining area opens on to the beach front deck. Early morning breakfast conversation is often interrupted with sightings of the dolphins frolicking in the emerald green waters of the gulf. The living area is comfortably furnished with two sitting areas. Nice for evenings when the guys want to watch the game and the girls feel the need to share their bounty from a day of parusing the area's quaint shops. Next to the living area is the queen size master suite. The large bath has a separate, over-sized, garden tub and shower.
The master suite opens on to the gulf front deck also. A nice spot to enjoy early morning coffee or late afternoon glass of wine while taking in the beautiful, true west, sunsets.
Upstairs, on the second level, there are two gulf front queen bedrooms. Each share a bath with twin bedrooms directly behind them. They are separated by a large living area.
The living area is divided, a table and chairs for games on the land side and comfortable sitting for TV or viewing moivies on the beach side. Both queen bedrooms and living area on the level open to the beach front deck. You will enjoy fantastic 180 degree views from the two beach front decks. The decks are furnished for outdoor dining and relaxing. Watch the children on the beach from the shade and comfort of the decks. Beach access is easy via the private board walk. For a nice meal in during your stay, let us suggest you follow the signs to the shrimp peddler just down highway 98. His shrimp spent the night before in the gulf.
