Welcome to the House of Healing--A Place Where God’s Holy Spirit
Dwells... Peace. Tranquility. Serenity. As soon as you step over
the threshold, you will feel the peaceful tranquility and serenity of
God’s Presence at the House of Healing. There is something so special
about this home, wherein you are engulfed with a sense to surrender
your mind, body and soul to His Peace. The House of Healing, a
Christian vacation rental, is located in Fredericksburg, Virginia and
features four bedrooms, three full baths and a powder room. The
soothing, sun-filled home also features an upper and lower level
veranda, where you can sit and listen to birds chirping and wind
dancing through the branches of majestic trees…you may even witness
an occasional herd of deer in the backyard. Additionally, The House
of Healing holds pieces of political history. Sit at the desk, which
was utilized in the 1996 Campaign Headquarters of President Bill
Clinton. Moreover, view stationery from the campaign as well as a
handwritten note from Hillary Rodham Clinton. Fredericksburg,
Virginia, where the House of Healing is located, possesses rich Civil
War history. The city is also in close proximity to Old Town
Alexandria, Washington, D.C., and Richmond, Virginia, where
additional history and entertainment abound. Moreover, you can take
riverboat tours or have fun at an amusement park. Do you play golf?
Immerse yourself at Cannon Ridge, (named "Top 3 Best New Public
Course in the Country, and "Top 10 course [all categories] in
Virginia," by Golf Digest). Additionally, there are three other
superb courses within a 20-minute or less range! Water anyone? If
you love the water, then fish and canoe at a soon-to-be opened
reservoir. Or drive to Fairview Beach or Colonial Beach. Do you
seek adventure? Well, you can travel to the not-too-distant
mountains. Or experience a day trip to New York, NY or Philadelphia,
PA by train or plane. And if you love shopping, you can do that, too!
There are numerous local locations to find great bargains--from
Central Park to Potomac Mills as well quaint shops in historic
Fredericksburg and Old Town Alexandria…and if you have a thirst for
The Word, there are sooooo many denominations where you can feel at
home to worship. Come, enjoy the experience, won’t you? You need it.
You deserve it. Come.
