2 bedroom/2 bath condo, located on the south end of Marco Island, FL across the street from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Our updated, fully furnished condo is located on the 2nd floor with a peek-a-boo view of the Gulf.
We offer a king size master suite complete with 3/4 bath and slider leading to screened lanai area. Our guest bedroom offers two twin beds and we also have a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. The condo can sleep a total of 6 people.
Our fully stocked kitchen offers full size appliances including a fridge, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher and disposal. We also include all linens, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, etc. for your use during your stay.
Our rates are as follows: Dec-April $1100/wk or $3000/mo May-Nov $500/wk or $1800/mo.
We require 50% of rental fee at the time of booking, plus a $300 returnable security deposit along with a $100 cleaning fee. The additional 50% of the rental fee is required 60 days prior to occupancy. If the rental begins within 60 days, the full amount is due at the time of booking. We accept a personal check (provided there is enough time for the check to clear) a money order or certified check.
Cancellations: If you cancel within 90 days, you will receive your down payment once that time perior has been rebooked. In the event that we do not rebook, your down payment will be forfeited.
