Sunset Shores is a wonderful little cabin on Roosevelt Lake near Outing. It is small enough to spend quality family time, yet has sleeping accommodations for many friends. The gorgeous sunsets at this west-facing home will delight photographers, nature lovers and guests of all ages. The family room has lots of comfy furniture and a lovely view of the lake. The small, but efficient kitchen has new pine cupboards as well as room for sharing meals at the table. The main floor also has a bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs you will find a large open area divided by a wall which is open on both ends. Each side is furnished with two queen beds giving you plenty of sleeping for family and friends. The area is bright and sunny with room to play. There is a small outdoor deck off this area to sit, relax or read a book. The level property and short distance to the lake makes it easy to keep an eye on children while grabbing them lemonade and a snack. The lake has clear water, a sandy bottom, and a gradual drop-off – a great invitation to play in the water. Boaters will discover that access to the lake is just up the road with a boatlift. Roosevelt Lake is well known for good fishing.
