Our condo is located on one of the most peaceful and beautiful areas of New Smyrna Beach. Watch the dolphins swim by and fall asleep to the sounds of the waves on the beach. You have an unrestricted oceanfront view of the beach from the balcony, living room, and dining room. View the intercoastal waterway from the bedrooms, and visit with the manatee, or fish at the public dock just across the street. There are only 14 units in our condominium, it's less busy and quieter than the larger complexes.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Icemaker, and Range. Cable TV, Stereo, CD, DVD,VCR, and a Washer and Dryer are located in the unit. You are also welcome to enjoy the pool. There’s lots to do: Tennis, Biking, Golfing, Fishing, Restaurants, Live Theater, and of course all water sports. You are only a short drive from the historic/shopping district of New Smyrna Beach. It’s 50 minutes to Kennedy Space Center and 35 minutes to Daytona International Speedway. You’re only 1.25 hours from Disney World, Sea Word, and all other Orlando attractions.
